Returns or exchanges are allowed only if a product arrives with a noticeable damage to the outside casing. If you believe that the CD maybe damaged because of external damage to the case, please do not open the packaging and request a return or exchange by emailing our customer service dept at: customerservice@MusicaArabiaOnSale.com. Only packages that are unopened will be allowed to be returned or exchanged withing 14 days of the shipping date. ( Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. )
